Sandee graduated from University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point in 1985 receiving her Business of Science Degree, majoring in Fashion Design with a minor in Business Administration. Sandee went on to attend Fox Valley Technical College where she graduated in 1999 with honors, receiving her degree in Dental Hygiene, and joining McKinnon Dental as a hygienist, where she had already been employed as both a dental assistant and business manager. Sandee is also licensed to administer local anesthesia, important for patient comfort with periodontal maintenance. In keeping with the state mandates for licensing, Sandee goes above and beyond her requisite twelve hours of continuing education for renewal mandates. Certified in CPR and First Aid, along with the entire staff, Sandee is also Invisalign trained and how that effects appropriate soft tissue care and ensuring patients are either eligible through their insurance carriers or providing a means to financing options to increase their patient’s “face value”. Sandee also attends the annual American Dental Association international meetings along with the Chicago Dental Society Mid-Winter Convention. |
